Ingredients
1 pound boneless chicken
1 cup spinach
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed fresh lemon juice
4 eggs, boiled
1 tablespoon chives
½ cup dill
Directions:
Put the chicken in the trivet and put the trivet into pressure cooker. Set the stress cooker to ”Steam” mode. Cook the dish for 25 minutes. Peel the eggs and chop them. Chop the spinach and dill. Transfer the chopped greens for some mixing bowl. Add chives and chopped eggs. Sprinkle the mix while using the fresh freshly squeezed lemon juice and mayonnaise. When the chicken is cooked, eliminate it from the strain cooker and let it rest briefly. Grind the cooked chicken and transfer it on the egg mixture. Mix until smooth and serve.
