Ingredients: •
¼ cup raisins •
pound pumpkin •
½ cup of water •
1 teaspoon butter •
tablespoons heavy cream •
1 teaspoon cinnamon •
½ teaspoon vanilla flavoring •
1 tablespoon liquid stevia
Directions:
Peel the pumpkin and chop it. Transfer the chopped pumpkin within the stress cooker.
Add water, butter, cinnamon, and vanilla flavouring. Close the lid and cook for 20 mins at the stress cooker mode to ”Pressure”. When the cooking time ends, remove the mix from pressure cooker, and transfer it in your blender. Blend rid of it until smooth. Add raisins and cream and stir mixture well. Add liquid stevia and stir it again. Chill the puree briefly and serve.
