Ingredients
1 cup broccoli rice, cooked
10 ounces ground chicken
1 carrot
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon flax meal
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Directions:
Peel the carrot and chop it roughly. Transfer the chopped carrot for your blender and blend it. Combine the blended carrot and ground chicken together inside a mixing bowl and stir. Sprinkle the meat mixture while using broccoli rice, egg, cayenne pepper, salt, and flax meal and combine well. Set the strain cooker to ”Sauté” mode. Pour the organic olive oil and sesame oil to the stress cooker. Make meatballs from the meat mixture make them into pressure cooker. Cook the dish on sauté mode for ten mins. Stir the meatballs until each of the sides are light brown. Remove them from pressure to have success cooker, drain in writing towel to take out any excess oil, and serve.
