Ingredients
3 tablespoons cream
5 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon starch
2 tablespoons chicken stock
9 ounces ground chicken
½ cup dill
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon tomato paste
2 eggs
3 tablespoons semolina
Directions:
Combine the cream and butter together and whisk. Sprinkle a combination with all the starch, paprika, tomato paste, semolina, and ground black pepper and stir well. Set pressure cooker to ”Sear/Sauté” mode. Chop the dill and add it into pressure to achieve success cooker. Add the eggs and ground chicken and combine. Make medium-sized balls from the ground chicken mixture, then flatten them. Pour the chicken stock into pressure to achieve success cooker and add the chicken flatten balls. Close the load cooker lid and cook for 25 minutes. When the dish is cooked, so it can have to go rest briefly and serve.
