Ingredients:
½ cup flax seeds
½ cup flax meal
½ cup sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon tahini paste
3 cups chicken stock
1 teaspoon salt
1 onion, diced
3 tablespoons butter
3 ounces dates
Directions:
Combine flax seeds, flax meal, and sunflower seeds together inside a mixing bowl.
Add salt and diced onion. Chop the dates and add the crooks to the amalgamation.
Transfer a combination in pressure to ensure success cooker and add chicken stock.
Blend a mixture and close the lid. Set pressure to have success cooker mode to ”Slow Cook,”
and cook for 25 minutes. When the cooking time ends, remove a mix from pressure cooker,
and transfer it for your mixing bowl. Add butter and stir. Transfer the dish to serving plates.
